Singapore and Bangkok: Two in One - 6 Days

Overview

A short trip to Singapore and Bangkok
Singapore: This little country on the Malay Peninsula invites you to visit its landmarks. It’s one of the three sovereign city-states still in existence in the world and the only one that’s an island. But don’t let that fool you, as the country offers plenty of activities and a staggering spectacle of a play of lighting and architecture. Singapore is the country’s capital and its only city. It’s a large business and shopping center. But don’t get too excited, there’s not much sympathy for consumers who are cautious with their money. But you can have a go at haggling even in the most modern of shopping centers. There are massive sales in June and July. Public transport is perfectly organized, though you should still think twice before taking out that sandwich on a metro. Before entering the city center, you can get into one of the numerous cars that are waiting for travelers, as they can’t drive off without them, but you should still tour the city on foot and experience the world of views, sounds and smells.

Bangkok: Bangkok, the capital of Thailand, is one of the world’s top tourist destination cities. Today, Bangkok is a city of contrasts, easily combining the old and the new, the traditional and the modern. Sparkly temples, towering buildings, bustling open-air markets, glitzy shopping malls, contemporary museums, and some of the most unconventional activities and pieces of culture make Bangkok a fun and exciting destination. From magnificent temples and stunning royal palaces to eye-catching structures and informative museums that show Thailand’s rich history, art, and culture, Bangkok has it all. One of the most famous places in Bangkok is Grand Palace and Wat Prakeaw. It’s located in the old town. The Grand Palace continues to have visitors in awe with its beautiful architecture and intricate detail.
There’s another place called Wat Pho. There’s more to Wat Pho than its gigantic reclining Buddha and traditional Thai massage.
Bangkok’s Chinatown is a colorful, exotic, and pleasingly chaotic area, packed with market stalls and probably the highest concentration of gold shops in the city.
Sky Bar boasts sweeping views from the top of State Tower, one of Bangkok’s tallest buildings. With its highly visible golden dome, the bar is tucked away in a corner of the award-winning, open-air Sirocco restaurant on the 64th floor.
People also can visit Chatuchak Weekend Market. Once only popular among wholesalers and traders, Chatuchak Weekend Market has reached a landmark status as a must-visit place for tourists.
One of the most attractive places in Bangkok is Damnoen Saduak floating market. Imagine dozens of wooden row boats floating by, each laden to the brim with farm-fresh fruits, vegetables, or flowers. Food vendors fill their vessels with cauldrons and charcoal grills.
We hope that we might be able to provide you necessary information about Bangkok. Enjoy the package. Thank you.
